Had really nice stay in this wonderful hotel, the staff were incredibly nice, location was marvellous to a restaurant at the far point. Pastries and meats at the dining room were brilliant.

View high over the valley was lovely, the room was immaculate and modern. The team provided a great service.

The breakfast is lovely with home made pastries being the highlight, has excellent food. The king room is compact and has a safe, central heating, and TV.

I have stayed in the double room with wonderful views. The location is marvellous, as the hotel is based to Bellagio town center.

Excellent hospitality from the hosts, who were friendly and attentive. The gardens provided plenty of relaxing spaces. The room was lovely, with a large comfortable bed. A 10-minute picturesque walk into town was enjoyable. The breakfast was great and free onsite parking was available. Exploring the nearby towns by car ferry was simply wonderful.

On the quiet side of Bellagio so peaceful, but a lovely walk into town - it only takes 10 minutes; staff very friendly and helpful; breakfast excellent and unusual as it offers various nice cakes aswell as all the usual fruit, cereal, eggs, hams etc

We had a delightful stay at a charming B&B tucked away in a quiet area with beautiful lake views. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The location allowed us to easily explore the stunning town of Bellagio and take boat trips to other towns. I highly recommend this hotel for a 3/4 day stay.

No complaints whatsoever, I recommend staying here. It is a beautifully decorated and homely hotel with outstanding view high over the valley. The rooms are well-appointed, the location is amazing. Extremely friendly, thoughtful staff, thank you for treating me so well. The breakfast includes amazing food, such as pastries and meats.

Gorgeous and fairly clean place, lovely view of the lake and mountains. Marvellous location, a short way from everywhere. Also, still near the center. Comfy bed in double room with a safe, central heating and TV. Fresh coffee, pastries and meats in the terrace.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with easy access to the center and plenty of quiet areas to relax. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff was polite, caring, and always ready to help.

The walk from the bus stop to the apartment was quite steep and tiring, especially with luggage. The rooms were quite small, and we had to keep our bags on the balcony due to the limited space.

Great little hotel run by a lovely family. The buffet breakfast was excellent!

The hotel is not in the main 'touristy' part of town - but this can also be a good thing!

This hotel was further from town than we thought. We made the mistake of walking and once we arrived exhausted the owner made no apologies. She was actually quite rude.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a nice beach just a short stroll away. It's also very close to the city center, making it convenient to explore. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have balconies with breathtaking views of the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful information and advice. The breakfast spread is varied and includes homemade cakes and eggs. Guests can also enjoy the hot tub and the peaceful atmosphere in the garden.

One minor downside is that the beds are quite firm, which may not suit everyone's preference.
